Hi, my name is Wenling. I am a grid engineer for the offshore wind project. My job is to make sure the electricity from the project can be distributed to houses and businesses. I am hands-on, often at the substation to inspect and fix its components.

 

I am very good at solving complex problems and I enjoy learning about new concepts and ideas. I also need to stay focused for long periods on complicated tasks. At school I was really interested in physics and engineering, and went to university to specialise in electrical engineering.
